Schools urged to sign up for 2010 Spelling Bee

Schools that want to participate in the 2010 South Dakota Newspapers Spelling Bee are urged to contact a participating newspaper before Oct. 16.

The five participating newspapers are the Madison Daily Leader, Mitchell Daily Republic, Pierre Capital Journal, Rapid City Journal and Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan. Schools are urged to contact a newspaper closest to them.

The contact person at each participating daily newspaper is:
